Swarmies Privacy Policy

The short version

Swarmies is a free game supported by optional rewarded ads. You choose to watch these ads in exchange for in-game rewards; they are never forced. The ads are served by Google AdMob, and to show them Google processes some device data (described below). HEHKU — the developer — does not ask you to sign in and does not collect your name, email, or contacts. Your game progress is stored only on your device.

Advertising, and the data it uses

Swarmies uses the Google AdMob (Google Mobile Ads) SDK to show rewarded video ads. As our advertising partner, Google may collect and process the following to serve, cap and measure those ads, and to prevent fraud and abuse: a device advertising identifier (such as the Android Advertising ID), approximate location derived from your IP address, general device and app information, and data about your interaction with ads (for example that an ad was shown or completed).

This information is used to select ads, limit how often you see the same ad, measure ad performance, and keep the ad network safe. You can read how Google collects and uses this data at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. You can reset your advertising ID or turn off ad personalisation at any time in your device's settings (Settings → Google → Ads on Android).

Your choices and consent

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, Swarmies shows you a consent choice — using Google's User Messaging Platform — before any personalised advertising, as required by law, and your choice is respected. Wherever you are, you can open Settings → Privacy options inside the game to review or change your consent where it applies, and Settings → Privacy policy to reopen this page. Ad content shown in Swarmies is limited to a maximum of a teen-appropriate rating.

What HEHKU collects directly

Nothing personal. There are no accounts and no sign-in, and we do not ask for your name, email address, phone number, or contacts. The only data involved in the game is what Google's ads SDK processes as described above — we do not receive it in an identifiable form, and we run no separate analytics.

Sharing

The ad-related data described above is processed by Google acting as our advertising partner, and may be shared with Google's ad-serving and measurement partners for those purposes. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for reasons unrelated to serving the ads in this game.

Your game saves

Your progress, unlocks, and settings are stored only on your device. HEHKU never receives a copy. If you delete the app, those saves are deleted along with it.

Children

Swarmies is intended for players aged 13 and older and is not directed to children under 13. Because the game shows advertising that relies on a device advertising identifier, it is not designed or offered as a child-directed ("Made for Kids") app, and we do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you are under 13, please do not use the app; if you believe a child has provided data through it, contact us and we will address it.

Changes to this policy

If Swarmies changes in a way that affects privacy, we will update this page before that version ships and revise the effective date above. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised policy.
